Task Canvas is a project management and visual task mapping platform provided by Micah Thomas Creative, LLC, a company based in Cary, North Carolina, operating under the trade name Task Canvas.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Task Canvas. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To access Task Canvas, users must create an account using their real name and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
Task Canvas operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
We offer a free plan, and paid plans with enhanced features.
We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscribers on paid plans. Refund requests after this period will not be honored. Users are encouraged to try the free plan before upgrading.
You may upload and store your own content, including text, images, files, and other media. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to store, display, and process it as necessary to provide the Service.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, is illegal, or harms the integrity of our platform.
Task Canvas strives to maintain secure and reliable service, but we make no guarantees regarding data availability or preservation. You are solely responsible for backing up any important data.
We are not liable for any loss of data, business, or profits resulting from your use of the platform.
